GOOD TO KNOW

A little clarity.
A lot less friction.

The essentials on rentals, compatibility, returns, and partnering with Jetty Volt.

Is Jetty Volt available near me?

The station directory is coming soon. No live locations or availability are listed on this website yet. Check Find a Station before planning a visit.

How do I rent a power bank?

At a participating Jetty Volt station, follow the rental instructions provided there. Review the price and terms shown in that rental flow before confirming. This website does not start a rental or take payment.

Which charging cables are supported?

USB-C and Lightning only. Check your device’s charging port before renting. Other cable types are not supported.

How much does a rental cost?

Website pricing has not been published. Review the actual rate, any deposit or authorization, time limits, and possible late or non-return charges in the station’s rental flow before you agree.

Where can I return a power bank?

Follow the return instructions shown with your rental. A list of eligible return stations is not available on this website yet. Do not assume every station can accept your return.

How do I know my rental has ended?

Follow the station instructions and check for a return confirmation in the rental flow. Inserting a power bank alone should not be treated as proof that billing has ended.

What if a station or charger does not work?

Use the support instructions displayed at the station or in your rental flow. Keep your rental reference and the station location handy. Do not share payment card details or account passwords.

Can my business host a station or advertise?

Yes, you can prepare an inquiry through our Contact page. Installation, commercial terms, advertising inventory, and availability are confirmed individually; none are promised on this site.

Still have a question?

For an active rental, follow the support instructions at your station or in the rental flow. For general questions, visit Contact.
